Brian Prinsloo is a seasoned project controls leader with more than two decades of experience delivering major resources, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Australia and internationally. With background supporting organisations such as WAVE International, Giovenco Industries, Laing O’Rourke, Forge Construction, Roy Hill Holdings, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Ausenco, Brian brings deep technical expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to project controls management. His career spans all phases of project delivery, from studies and design through to execution—across commodities including gold, iron ore, vanadium, lithium, rare earths, and LNG. Brian’s strengths lie in developing and managing control budgets, planning and scheduling, cost and change management, and implementing robust project controls systems that drive project performance and accountability. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative style, Brian works closely with clients, project managers, and teams to align objectives, manage risk, and ensure the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary capital projects. His leadership is grounded in industry best practice, with a focus on supporting project teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance targets at every stage of the project lifecycle.
